Andon is a key feature to implement a visual
factory and to increase your productivity.
Gemba's built-in Andon screenssuch as those shown above can be
viewed on a
LCD display . These screens are very flexible, using tools that
automatically correlate to your production configuration,
saving you implementation time. Simply use the OEE icon, select the
line whose information you wish to display, and it immediately
reflects the parameters of that line. A mouse over causes a detail
window to appear, with greater information on OEE components.
Communication with multiple types of devices simultaneously is
possible through the use of OPC drivers. A Modbus OPC driver is included free of
charge in the OEE IMPACT CONNECT line of products.
